Meta Ads Case Study · Consumer Product Brand

$26,020 in ad spend became $117,350 in sales — for a brand nobody had heard of.

BlendGo launched into one of the most crowded categories in its market with no audience, no reviews and no brand recall. Here’s the exact Meta Ads system that turned cold traffic into 2,347 tracked purchases — and it’s the same system I’d run on your account.

A great product still needs a reason to stop the scroll.

BlendGo entered a crowded market with a simple proposition — fresh smoothies anywhere, without being tied to a kitchen — and three real problems: zero brand recall, a price point above the cheap imports it sat beside in the feed, and a product most people had never seen used.

We didn't just sell a blender. We sold the moment someone needs one.

Four phases, run in order. Nothing was scaled until the phase before it was profitable — which is why the account never had a month that went backwards.

1

Research & positioning

Mapped the competing imports, their price anchors and their ad angles in the Meta Ad Library. Interviewed early customers to find the language they actually used — “I don’t want to wash a whole blender” beat every feature we’d written.

2

Tracking before spending

Installed the Pixel, Conversions API and server-side deduplication on the site first. Verified the domain, matched event quality, and confirmed conversion events fired cleanly before a single rupee went live — so optimisation had real signal from day one.

3

Creative testing at angle level

Tested five buying motivations — fitness, convenience, travel, demo and offer — rather than five versions of the same ad. Broad targeting, Advantage+ placements, and a rule that every angle got equal spend until the data spoke.

4

Scale & retention

Winners moved into a consolidated purchase campaign with steady budget increases. Retargeting handled cart abandoners and viewers, while a post-purchase flow pushed repeat orders — lifting blended ROAS without raising CPA.

One product. Three different reasons to buy it.

Most accounts plateau because they test creative variations, not creative arguments. Each angle below was built for a different buyer — and the winners were not the ones we expected.

Concept 01

The Problem Angle

Start with what your customer is struggling with.

We tap into a real pain point first — then introduce the product as the solution.

Tests: Does the problem feel familiar enough to make them stop scrolling?

Concept 02

The Demonstration Angle

Show the product solving the problem.

Instead of telling customers what the product can do, we show them — making the benefit easy to see and understand.

Tests: Does seeing the product in action make the value obvious?

Concept 03

The Lifestyle Angle

Show how the product fits into their everyday life.

We put the product in real-life moments so customers can picture themselves using it.

Tests: Does the product feel useful enough to want in their own life?

The goal was never more likes. It was more customers.

Judged on the only four numbers a business owner should care about: purchases, acquisition cost, revenue and return on ad spend.

2,347

Purchases generated

From $26,020 of ad spend across 3 months — an average of $11.09 to acquire a customer on a $50 product. Every purchase was tracked from the first impression through to a confirmed order.

No pitch call. You get the audit first.

You’ll know whether I can help before either of us talks about money.

1

You send me the basics

One WhatsApp message: what you sell, your website or page, and roughly what you’re spending now. That’s the whole ask — no forms to chase, no discovery call to book.

2

I send back a real audit

I go through your tracking setup, your current creative and your account structure, and come back with the three things I’d change first. Yours to keep whether we work together or not.

3

We start only if it adds up

If the numbers don’t support paid ads yet, I’ll tell you that instead of taking your money. If they do, we agree a scope and go live inside a week.

Free · No obligation

Tell me what you sell. I'll tell you what I'd fix.

You’ll get an audit of your tracking, creative and account structure within 48 hours — whether or not we end up working together.

No pitch, no pressure.
If paid ads aren’t the right move for you yet, I’ll say so and tell you what to do first. I’d rather lose a client than take on an account I can’t make profitable.
